How To Start A Clean Keto Diet

When it comes to eating healthier, meal planning is just so beneficial. If I have what I need to make easy, healthy and delicious meals, I know that I will be more likely to succeed. My hope is that this meal plan will do just that for you and your family.

To make my life easier, I get almost all of my meat from ButcherBox. It is the best quality and it gets delivered right to my front door. This way I only have to get produce and pantry staples from the grocery store. You can read my Honest ButcherBox Review for more details.

Monday:

  • Breakfast - Eggs, Bacon and Greens
  • Lunch - Tuna Salad; this is the recipe I use (use mayo for higher fat content)
  • Snack - Chomps meat stick. I love every single flavor and eat one almost daily
  • Dinner - Creole Shrimp with 'Cheesy' Grits

Tuesday:

  • Breakfast - Low Carb Smoothie
  • Lunch - Low Carb Wrap; I layer up lunch meat, cheese and veggies in lettuce or a low carb tortilla
  • Snack - Veggies with Ranch
  • Dinner - Instant Pot Pork Carnitas; can be eaten over cauliflower rice or in a salad bowl with all your favorite low carb toppings

Wednesday:

  • Breakfast - Eggs, Bacon and Greens
  • Lunch - Leftovers; the carnitas from the night before make excellent leftovers
  • Snack - Chomps
  • Dinner - Air Fryer Chicken Breast; I also love to make Air Fryer Asparagus to go with it

Thursday:

  • Breakfast - Yogurt Parfaits (plain greek yogurt, toasted almonds and berries)
  • Lunch - Shredded Chicken Salad; use a rotisserie chicken to make it super easy
  • Snack - Berries and Mixed Nuts
  • Dinner - Salisbury Steak Meatballs with Mushroom Gravy

Friday:

  • Breakfast - Low Carb Smoothie
  • Lunch - Leftovers
  • Snack - Chomps
  • Dinner - Instant Pot Butter Chicken; serve over cauliflower rice

Saturday:

  • Breakfast - Breakfast Tacos; I use a low carb tortilla and load it up with bacon, eggs and Pico de Gallo
  • Lunch - Low Carb Wrap
  • Snack - Hardboiled Eggs; I love them topped with everything bagel seasoning
  • Dinner - Air Fryer Blackened Salmon; I serve over cauliflower rice with a side of a green veggie

Sunday:

  • Breakfast - Yogurt Parfaits
  • Lunch - Big Ol' Salad; I clean out all the veggies that need to be used up from the week
  • Snack - Chomps
  • Dinner - Baked Italian Meatballs; I eat over zucchini noodles or hearts of palm noodles
